I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was excellent, right in the center of town. The facilities were good and I enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere. The room was spacious and tastefully furnished, and I loved the stylish urban decor. The breakfast was excellent, with a nice assortment of pastries. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the service was top-notch. I also appreciated the amenities such as the air conditioning and in-room safe.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Beautiful, comfortable, spotlessly clean. Huge room, great bed, lovely bathroom. Wonderful breakfast. The staff just the most friendly and helpful. I am only sorry that due to flight cuts from Buenos Aires I could stay only one night.

The only issue they should concentrate on more - internet use should be possible in the rooms too. Nowadays it is a must.

This is the best city hotel in Posadas. The only place to stay if you want to be in the centre of the town but still have some luxury. Great rooms, very comfortable and modern with good working air con and internet in rooms and good choice at breakfast. Hotel staff very helpful although not all spoke English brilliantly. Overall a very good hotel and would recommend and stay there again.

The room was great. Everything was so clean and fresh and comfortable.

While the breakfast was lovely, the other food I ate at the hotel was, I would say, nondescript.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of the city center, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the river bank. Rooms are modern and spacious, with comfortable beds and large windows offering a nice view. Buffet breakfast is reasonable with enough options.

The staff lacks experience and needs improvement in basic customer service.

I did not like that there was no in-house travel agency and that staff was clueless about helping you organize visits to San Ignacio and Missions in Paraguay (which is 25 kms away!). Staff was nice but had no training on tourism and no means to organize things at last minute. I guess this is a major improvement to bring to what is still a new property. The price of room though is really excessive for a hotel located in a sleepy town !I f price was closer to 80USD I would consider it a good deal! At close to double this is overpriced!! But there are not that many equivalent options nearby! That explains!

Excellent location in Posadas, super helpful staff. Fantastic large rooms and bathroom with 31inch lcd Cable tv.

We booked here as we wanted to watch the rugby world cup game. However the espn chanel did not work in our first room. Management did however move us to a better room (with working cable) upon request. Thanks.

Great view from the top floor! The swimming pool and communal areas were lovely. The bathrooms were spotless and the white sheets were changed every day. The breakfast had a good selection and the hotel had a peaceful and calm atmosphere. I'll recommend this hotel.
